Course Overview

This course is aimed at capacitating individuals who are responsible for or intend to perform one-to-one on the job training and to mentor fellow subordinates.It provides a set of skills that enables one(Supervisor) to identify individual training needs,assist employees in developing Personal Development Plan and provide guidance and support towards achieving career objectives.Formal recognition will enhance their employability and also provide a means to identify competent trainers or coaches and mentors.
